For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled tour or safari.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour may incur a partial or non-refundable fee, depending on the tour operator.
Any changes or rescheduling requested less than 48 hours before the tour may not be accommodated.

Tours typically start at 5:30 AM, with pickup times ranging between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM.
Pickup locations and times will be confirmed prior to the tour.

If a tour is canceled due to unsafe or poor weather, you will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.
